Where as it is the express right for all children to be accorded all basic needs by their parents and the community at large, poverty and many other human ills hinder that aspect, therefore it tends to alienate them and deny them the needs stated above. We herein resolve to constitute ourselves into a charitable organization that operates as an entity known as Teonda Children’s Foundation.

The purpose of this organization is to exercise moral, physical, social and mental support to the various communities to permit them to exercise their human rights and privileges, and also to recognize and promote education together with other basic needs of vulnerable children. Also, to establish, develop and run charitable programs for social development, relief and rehabilitation of people in areas affected by natural, or other human, or pestilential disaster, to mitigate the suffering of victims of such plagues a Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and alleviation of poverty.
